Telestat 7 Phone Call Recording Software is straight forward to install and compatible with nearly all phone systems and all phone lines (SIP, ISDN2, ISDN30, T1 or Analogue). We can make it work to fit your telephony configuration. Installable on any Windows platform, we can integrate with your existing Servers and PCs, reducing your costs - it will even run on VMWare and Hyper-V.
If you wish we can remotely connect to the designated Recording PC or Server (via Teamviewer) to install / configure the software and train you to use and configure the software going forward. We can also assist with phone system connectivity / configuration where possible.

To listen to your recordings, you can use the familiar Telestat Report Generator, the search facility or even just scroll through the list and find your call. Once you've located it, easily listen to it by clicking on the orange listen button on the left.
The Report Generator can also be installed on one or more remote PCs to allow Managers/Team Leaders to run reports, there is no limit and no licence costs for this.Each call has a Listen Button next to it for quick and easy access to the recording.

Recordings are in the .WAV format so will play on any machine/device.
