We treat our customers Privacy like we treat our own. We do not share, sell or give away any of your details to anyone else and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested from us.

We will keep your data for as long as it has use to us but you can request for your data to be amended or removed at any time. To contact our data controller, please email support@lanonyx.com or call 0333 0022 440. This is subject to a £10 fee and the supply of appropriate evidence of your identity (for this purpose, we will usually accept a photocopy of your passport certified by a solicitor or bank plus an original copy of a utility bill showing your current address).

At Lanonyx we strive to make your customer service experience the best possible, and wouldn't do anything to change that.

Credit Card Information

We do not process your credit card information when you use our online store, it is processed by Worldpay. You pay them, they pay us, at no point do we receive any of your credit card information so you can shop safely with us.
